There is a free plan and it stays free: one AWS account, core cost visibility, no credit card, no trial clock. Beyond that there are three paid plans — Growth at $100/mo, Scale at $200/mo, and Enterprise — banded by your prior-month AWS bill. All four are available today; paid plans are set up by our team while self-serve card checkout is still in build. SSO and advanced RBAC are named on the Enterprise plan but are not shipped yet, and /pricing marks them as such.

A read-only IAM user, created by the connector stack: account-wide billing and security-audit read, plus read access to your export bucket. No write or admin permissions. Its access key is encrypted in your browser before it reaches us, stored only in that encrypted form, and decrypted solely inside the pipeline that reads your data. The exact policy is documented on /security-trust, and you can revoke it at any time from the AWS console.

Cost and usage data is kept for the life of your account, so your history stays available for month-over-month and year-over-year comparisons. Alerts and notifications are deleted after 90 days. You can delete your data at any time — remove a connection from Settings → AWS Accounts, or delete the whole customer from Settings → General Settings — or request deletion in writing.

Yes, on a paid plan. The customer hierarchy has no account limit and a switcher in the header; connecting more than one AWS account, and syncing an AWS Organizations management account, are Growth-and-up capabilities, while the Free plan covers one standalone account. White-label customization is on the roadmap for MSP partners.
